Fees

I believe that everyone should have access to quality mental health care. I offer a transparent fee structure to ensure that my services are accessible to as many people as possible. My fees reflect the level of experience and care I provide, as well as the time and resources dedicated to each session.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: £70 per 50-minute session

  • Couples Therapy Sessions: £90 per 60-minute session

  • Specialised Therapy (OCD, Addiction, Neurodiversity): £70 per 50-minute session

  • Online Therapy Sessions: Same rates as above for individual and couples sessions.

For those in financial difficulty, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots. Please contact me to discuss this option further.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal before each session. I kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
